JW ER Consulting is a boutique consultancy operated by me, Jay Wimalaratne and based in Sydney, Australia. JW ER Consulting aims to provide commercially relevant, practical and cost-effective advice to business on all matters related to managing Employee Relations.
I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Employee Relations. These include working in national Employer Associations and heading up Employee Relations teams in large multinational corporations.

- Bachelor of Commerce (Honours 2nd class, Upper Division)-Double Major in Business Management and Human Resource Management. (University of New South Wales, Kensington, Sydney)
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies(University of New England)
- Masters of Labour Law and Relations (University of Sydney)
- Advocacy in Industrial Tribunals, Fair Work Commission/University of Technology Sydney
